what is therapeutic massage?
The Therapeutic Massage is a combination of relaxation and different kinds of techniques to provide deeper and more accurately healing as its comfort regarding to what is the patients conditions and contraindications with the help of patients to under go a treatment plan most likely 2/4 weeks it depends on the body on how it will be respond on the treatment and with home self-care that patients will be doing on the span of treatment session.
what is direct billing?
We offer Direct billing for all services we have to the most insurance company {Alberta Blue Cross, Medieval Blue Cross (Veterans or non-veterans) and TELUS Health}. Please know that you need to contact your insurance first before having appointments: it is important to us that you know your insurance policy specially in massage coverage.
While all the first visit client we do reimburse method (which means the client will be summiting the receipts that the therapist will be given and give the cash at front) - if the receipt is not readable the best thing to do is go to this website or contact this number (587) 974-2726.

CANCELLATIONS
when you book an appointment with therapist you are booking the therapist's time. in order to accommodate all of our clients we need 24. hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. if you are unable to keep your appointment we request that you call 24 hours in advance. if you do not call to cancel or reschedule with in 24 hours period, a cancellation fee of same price of treatment you book in. this fee cannot be billed on your extended health or any insurance benefit.
Clients Substitution do not count as cancellation, the appointment is still being kept.
EMERGENCY CONSIDERATIONS
if anything happed or un-expected happen, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. we recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control specially this Pandemic (Signs and Symptoms of Covid-19, Family emergency and etc.) we will usually decide to make an exception to the above policies. however, to prevent this excepyions from being abused, we may ask for the reason of emergency for sudden cancellation.
TIPPING
Tips are greatly appreciated by our therapist. Cash is the best way to provide tips as direct billing and our pay online option does not allow for it.
TRAFFIC
Please allow for a 10 minute grace period for the therapist. Traffic and construction can affect our therapists drive times.
