We highly recommend to talk to your insurance first before booking. Be knowledgeable and Responsible regarding your insurance policy. Any kind of Fraud related or unpaid massages will not allowed by this company.
Check list what to do:
- talk to your insurance, regarding (how much will they will cover each session of massage, Expiration date of your insurance, how to claim if its reimbursement method of payment and (This is for outside Alberta clients or the insurance is registered outside Alberta) if the insurance will allowed massage therapist certified in Alberta to claim your massage.
- If you're first time client. we don't do the billing for the insurance. We can only do reimbursement (ask your insurance on how to submit it). We can only give you a receipt and all the information that you'll needing in claiming through insurance after paying cash at front.
-You need to be specific on your medications and any disease or condition in your body. Please clear this up in clients form and in your therapist. Specially on your boundaries on needs to do during treatment or no massage in the example: (feet, hair, face or hands)
-Make sure to have enough room/space to offer to the therapist and the massage table. Mobile massage service will include such as (massage table, beddings, oil and all the things that the therapist will be needing through out the service all we need is the space and the washroom for the therapist to wash hands or some of the equipments need to sanitized before or after the service). We appreciate if you will give your therapist a room to go around if she/he is doing the massage specially deep pressure or treatment.
-Please provide your therapist a safe and free parking lot. And during winter please give us safe place to walk and go inside your house.
-All of kinds harassment or disrespecting the therapist boundaries will be up to the therapist if she/he will discontinue the treatment and you'll be full-responsible on paying the massage service you did booked.
